AOZ1380DI-01-AOZ1380DI-02 pdf资料下载AOZ1380DI integrates two back-to-back power switches and control circuitry into one single package to provide all the functionality and protection needed for sourcing and sinking current through a USB Type-C port with PD capability. The device can sink current from the Type-C port through a back-to-back MOSFET with only 20mΩ ON resistance from VBUS to VCHG pin. The VBUS operating range is from 3.4V to 22V under sink mode with absolute maximum rating of 28V on both VBUS and VCHG pins.There is under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and over-voltage lockout (OVLO) on VBUS.
