RT8088A pdf资料下载The RT8088A is a full featured 5.5V, 3A, Constant-On- Time (COT) synchronous step-down converter with two integrated MOSFETs. The current mode COT operation with internal compensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of loads and output capacitors to efficiently reduce external component count.
