The device includes one 400mA high voltage synchronous step-down DC-DC converter and one 200mA low dropout LDO. All MOSFETs are integrated, and compensation networks are built-in. The RTQ2077S is an Automotive-Grade Product that is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 Qualified and provides fault condition protections, including over-current protection, undervoltage lockout, over-voltage protection and overtemperature protection.
